3.6 Configuration data
The configuration data are the data which BATCH flexible requires to
automate under recipe control the batch processes of a concrete process cell.
Via the ’Configure’ menu you can take over or carry out expansion or
modification planning of the following data of a concrete BATCH flexible
process cell structure, doing so centrally:
S Take over OS users and OS user groups
S Read in configuration data
S Check configuration data
S Plant data (data taken over from ES/OS):
Apparatus designation (ES)
Measuring points (OS)
Parameter types ( BOM, for example, quantity, speed)
AF types (ES, for example, dosing, emptying)
AF instances (ES, for example, DOSI_W1,KUEL_2)
Transition blocks (ES)
S Production data (entry in BOM):
Products / materials (for example, dye, blancmange)
Units (for example, kg, min)
Adaption routines (for example, linear, quadratic)
S System settings (default settings for a BATCH project):
General (for example, substructure levels)
Colors (for all batch controllers and recipe editors)
Font (for all batch controllers and recipe editors)
System variables (for example, OS message number offset)
With this function you can take over users and user groups which have been
configured in the OS system for BATCH flexible. A condition of this is that
there must be an interconnection to the OS system (this can be effected via
the option of the setup feature).
Takeover does not include takeover of user privileges since these cannot be
input in the OS system. These should be entered straight away, as described
on Page 3-30.
