6.4.1 List of production orders
The orders list (see Page 3-27) presents in tabular form an overview of all
production orders. The order symbols are color-coded according to the status
of the order.
In the menu ’Tools’ –> ’Current orders’ you can limit the orders list to those
orders which are in planning or in on-line editing. In other words, finished,
completed or exported orders will not be displayed.
For each order the table shows the list place number (”No.), color-coded
order symbol, order designation, product designation, quality, quantity,
engineering unit, status, earliest starting time and latest finishing time.
Filtering and sorting criteria for the production orders list are shown in
Table 1-1 (see Page 1-24).
see Page 1-23 (general information on the BATCH flexible lists).
The orders list is updated automatically – in other words, the status of the
orders whose batches are currently being processed on-line by batch control
is updated when there is a modification. You can switch off automatic
updating of the orders list by clicking on the ’Update automatically’ feature
in the ’Tools’ menu and removing the √.
As an alternative to automatic updating, by selecting ’Update’ in the ’View’
menu or by clicking on the ’Update’ icon on the tool bar, you can update the
orders list once. In other words:
S The statuses of all orders are updated and
S finished, completed and exported orders are removed from the orders list.
