6.25 DR34 Weight indicator
DR 34 provides an ASCII string with 16 characters, that can be used as a weight display. The
string contains the current gross or net weight after rounding according to DR03, as well as the
weight unit. In addition additional parameters and weight values can be (temporarily) displayed
or hidden via a command.
For applications requiring official calibration, DR 34 cannot be used as a main display. In this
case, the "SecureDisplay" software must be used in order to represent the weight and
additional information in a calibratable manner.
The corresponding registers are always currently available at the Modbus end. For operation
with a SIMATIC CPU, DR34 must be read or requested by the electronic weighing system via
a command.

6.26 DR38 Advanced diagnostic data
The DR contains the following advanced diagnostic data:
● Time stamps for all available calibration points
● Drag indicator of the gross weight incl. time stamp
● Cycles of operation counter for the dosing signals "extra coarse", "coarse" and "fine"
● Residence time for weighing steps 1 to 7
● Duration of "extra coarse dosing phase", "coarse dosing phase" and "fine dosing phase"
6.27 DR39 Statistical data
DR39 provides a variety of statistical data. You can reset the statistical data at any time with the
"Reset statistics (442)" command.
When the electronic weighing system is in CW mode of operation, the statistical data is reset
automatically as soon as a new set point is transferred via DR20 to the electronic weighing
system. To save the statistical data, read DR39 into the SIMATIC controller/PC system before
the set point is changed.
Set the acquisition of statistical data in DR22.
The statistics include the following data:
● Number of weighings of classes TH2, TH1, TL1 and TL2 (relative and absolute)
● Number of weighings of classes GOOD and BAD
● Net weight average value
● Standard deviation
● Performance per hour
