5. Deactivate service mode: Command code 2.
6. Control one to three digital outputs in the "cyclicIoData" structure:
Selection code 0 activates DQ.0.
Selection code 1 activates DQ.1.
Selection code 2 activates DQ.2.
6.14.2 Enabling transitions
Introduction
When you do not want automatic passage from weighing step to weighing step, activate one or
more transitions.
The transitions are not saved in non-volatile memory!
Web server procedure
1. Read DR18.
2. In DR18, enable the transition for the desired weighing steps.
3. Write DR18.
TIA Portal procedure
1. In the "cyclicIoData > output > transitions" structure of the interface DB, enable the transition
for the desired weighing steps [weighingStep0 to weighingStep7]: Selection code 1.
Result
When one transition is enabled per weighing step, the weighing step is paused until you disable
the transition.
Example
You have enabled the transition for weighing step 2. Once dosing starts, weighing step 1 is
performed. The electronic weighing system then jumps to weighing step 2 but does not yet
execute it. The electronic weighing system outputs the status bit "Step blocked" in DR30. Step
2 is not performed until you reset the "Transition for weighing step 2" status bit.
As an alternative to setting transitions via software, the digital inputs of the electronic weighing
system can also be configured with transitions for the individual weighing steps. In this way, a
24 V DC signal can be used to disable or enable individual weighing steps.
