Note
Blocking time error
If blocking time errors occur in two consecutive dosing operations, the shut-off points of the next
dosing are reset. The shut-off points are automatically reset to the values currently entered in
DR 23. In addition, the module outputs the technology message "TM 2119 – Shut-off points
reset due to blocking time error".
6.19.3 Control factor of proportional controller (%) [controlFactorPController]
When proportional controller is activated, its control factor can be defined. The parameter is
specified as a percent.
6.19.4 Control factor of fine time controller (%) [controlFactorTController]
The controller changes the coarse shut-off point by changing the fine weight.

6.19.5 Max. control access of proportional controller
[maximumControllAccessPController]
When proportional controller is activated, the maximum possible correction of the shut-off
points by the controller can be defined. Depending on the "Parameter relation" setting (DR 24),
the value must be specified and interpreted as a percentage of the set point (DR 20) or as an
absolute weight value.
6.19.6 Proportional controller deadband - upper limit [deadBandPControllerPlus]
When proportional controller is activated, a deadband for the controller can be defined. If the
achieved final weight of a dosing (with check) is below the upper limit of the deadband, the
controller does not correct the shut-off points. If both limits are at zero, the controller corrects
after each checked dosing.
