6.17.4 Tolerance limit TH1 (weight unit) [toleranceLimitTh1]
This parameter defines the limit of the first tolerance band above the set point. The setting
conforms to the selected tolerance reference (percentage or absolute) and must be less than
or equal to tolerance limit TH2.
6.17.5 Tolerance limit TL1 (weight unit) [toleranceLimitTl1]
This parameter defines the limit of the first tolerance band below the set point. The setting
conforms to the selected tolerance reference (percentage or absolute) and must be less than
or equal to tolerance limit TL2 as a positive value.
6.17.6 Tolerance limit TL2 (weight unit) [toleranceLimitTl2]
This parameter defines the limit of the first tolerance band below the set point. The setting
conforms to the selected tolerance reference (percentage or absolute) and must be greater
than or equal to tolerance limit TL1 as a positive value.
6.17.7 Behavior in case of TH1 error [behaviorTh1Violated]
The parameter defines the module response following a tolerance error of class "Greater than
TO1". The following options are available:
0: Weighing cycle is not stopped and is always completed with "Weighing cycle finished".
1: Weighing cycle is stopped. Check the tolerance again using the "Continue" command (code
1141). The cycle is subsequently always completed with "Dosing completed".
2: Weighing cycle is stopped. Check the tolerance again using the "Continue" command (code
1141). If a tolerance error is still present, the weighing cycle is stopped again. This procedure
is repeated until the tolerance error is eliminated (e.g. by manually removing material).
6.17.8 Behavior in case of TL1 error [behaviorTl1Violated]
The parameter defines the module response following a tolerance error of class "Less than
TU1". The following options are available:
0: Weighing cycle is not stopped and is always completed with "Dosing completed".
This procedure
is repeated until the tolerance error is eliminated (e.g. by manually adding material).
3: Post-dosing with continuous fine signal. Switch the "Fine signal" on continuously until TU1
is exceeded. The tolerance check is performed again and the weighing cycle is completed with
"Dosing completed" as long as a tolerance error is no longer present.
