4: Post-dosing with pulsing. "Fine signal" is switched on in pulsing mode until TL1 is exceeded.
The tolerance check is performed again and the weighing cycle is completed with "Dosing
completed" as long as a tolerance error is no longer present. The pulse/pause ratio in pulsing
mode is defined by the pulse duration (DR22) and the sum of "Stability time 2 + deceleration
time before stability 2" (DR3). This total corresponds to the pause time.
6.17.9 Pulse duration for pulse post dosing (s) [pulseDuration]
This parameter defines how long the fine signal is switched on when post-dosing in pulsing
mode was set as the response to a TL1 violation in the tolerance check (selection code 4). The
pause time in pulsing mode corresponds to the total of "Stability time 2 + delay time before
stability 2" (DR3).4: Post-dosing with pulsing. "Fine signal" is switched on in pulsing mode until
TL1 is exceeded. The tolerance check is performed again and the weighing cycle is completed
with "Dosing completed" as long as a tolerance error is no longer present. The pulse/pause
ratio in pulsing mode is defined by the pulse duration (DR22) and the sum of "Stability time 2
+ deceleration time before stability 2" (DR3). This total corresponds to the pause time.
As of firmware V2.x, the electronic weighing system offers the commands "1135" and "1136".
The commands are triggered in the stopped weighing cycle or outside the weighing cycle. For
both commands the duration of the pulse time is set for the respective dosing signal.
6.17.10 Number of unchecked weighing cycles [cyclesWithoutCheck]
This parameter defines how many dosing cycles will not be checked for tolerance during
continuous operation in GFI mode. The first dosing cycle of the continuous operation is always
checked for tolerance, however. The discontinuation of the check(s) starts only after a dosing
with "Good" tolerance has been determined. Dosings that are not checked for tolerance are
classified as "GOOD" in the statistics (DR 39).
Note
Unchecked dosing cycles
In unchecked cycles, there is no adjustment of the shut-off points by the proportional controller.
Every dosing that is not checked is classified as "Good" in the statistics and the specified set
point (DS 20) is used in calculating the statistics.
