Com‐
mand
code
Command Description Write pro‐
tection
1128 Rest emptying The command can only be accepted if an emptying option (emptying
based on Limit 3 or time) is configured in DR25.
Within a weighing cycle, the command causes the coarse and fine signal
to be shut off immediately and the scale jumps directly to the emptying
step. A log is not created and a tolerance check is not performed.
If the command is issued outside the dosing cycle (in weighing step 0),
the emptying signal is set for the specified time – if time-based emptying
was configured in DR25. When "Emptying based on limit 3" is config‐
ured, the emptying signal is switched until limit 3 is fallen below.
In DTI mode, the command shuts down the dosing signals and starts the
emptying process. Loading is then stopped. When the weight in the
scale at the time of the rest emptying command is less than the emptying
limit from DR06, emptying takes place based on time. To do this, specify
a corresponding "Emptying time" in DR25.
1129 Semi-automatic empty‐
ing
The scale empties based on the setting from DR25.
1130 Depleting ON The command is only relevant for DTI mode. Active "depleting" has the
result that a set total set point in DR21 is ignored and loading continues
until there is no more material or loading is completed with the "Reset
weighing" command.
1131 Depleting OFF Switch off active "depleting".
1135 Jogging "FINE" The fine signal is switched on for the specified pulse duration (DR22).
The command is only accepted in stopped weighing cycle or in weighing
step 0.
1136 Jogging "COARSE" The coarse signal is switched on for the specified pulse duration (DR22).
The command is only accepted in stopped weighing cycle or in weighing
step 0.
1141 Continue weighing If a dosing cycle is in the "stopped" state or in NAWI mode before a
protocol is created, you can continue the dosing cycle using this com‐
mand.
1151 External blocking time
ON
Enables the external blocking time set in DR23.
1152 External blocking time
OFF
Prematurely ends the external blocking time that is set in DR23 and
activated with command 1151.
1153 Perform tolerance check Enables check weighing for current weighing cycle
The command is only relevant if the weighing cycle is not checked (GFI
weighing operating mode).
