Technology messages Error code Description and remedy
2105 Set point too small 2105 The currently specified set point is too small.
Remedy: Check the set point setting in DR20.
2106 Error fine weight 2106 Trailing weight (DR23) and single set point (DR20) are incompati‐
ble. Check the two entries.
2107 Stop after tolerance error 2107 The weighing cycle was stopped due to a tolerance error according
to the parameter assignment in DR22.
2108 Emptying parameter not plausible
2108 The emptying parameter assignment set in DR25 stops the weigh‐
ing cycle.
1. Adjust the parameter assignment during the stopped cycle.
2. Conclude the weighing cycle with the "Continue weighing
(1141)" command.
2109 Inhibition time violation "Coarse" 2109 After expiration of the blocking time coarse signal (DR23), the
coarse shut-off point has already been exceeded. Remedy: De‐
crease the blocking time coarse signal in DR23.
2110 Inhibition time violation "Fine" 2110 After expiration of the blocking time fine signal (DR23), the fine shut-
off point has already been exceeded. Remedy: Decrease the block‐
ing time fine signal in DR23.
2111 Maximum weighing time exceeded 2111 The maximum weighing time specified in DR25 was exceeded.
2112 Logging not possible - no standstill 2112 The conditions required for automatic logging (e.g. stability) were
not present at the time of the log print. Remedy: Check the stability
criteria in DR03 and adapt them as necessary.
2113 Maximum emptying time excee‐
ded
2113 The maximum emptying time configured in DR25 was exceeded
during emptying.
Remedy: Check the scale mechanics and any soiling. Adjust the
maximum emptying time in DR25.
2114 Maximum corrective action of the
proportional controller exceeded
2114 The corrective action of the proportional controller was greater than
the maximum corrective action configured in DR24.
2115 Log error 2115 Error while reading a log in DR46.
2116 Set point too large 2116 The set point specified in DR20 is greater than the residual quantity
on the scale (removal mode). Weighing can still be carried out using
the "Continue weighing" and subsequent "Rest weighing" com‐
mands!
2117 Maximum corrective action of the
fine signal time controller exceeded
2117 The maximum control access of the fine time controller was greater
than the maximum corrective action configured in DR24.
2118 Minimum fine weight reached 2118 Fine signal time controller cannot move the coarse flow shut-off
point any further because the set coarse trailing weight would oth‐
erwise be undershot.
2119 Controller re-initialized 2119 Due to two successive disabling time violations, the controller with
the start values from DR23 was re-initialized.
2120 Weight too small for totalizing 2120 The currently loaded / dosed material weighs less than the mini‐
mum weight and is not logged automatically.
● Log the material with the "Rest weighing (1125)" command.
Result: Loading is stopped and total T1 is logged.
2121 Autom. Tare/Zeroing not possible 2121 Weighing was canceled because automatic tare or zeroing was not
possible.
Check the zeroing limits and tare limits in DR03 and DR25.
