Requirements
Automatic calibration requires the following criteria:
● Correct mechanical installation of the scale without shunt forces
● Scale is empty (only mechanical installation (= dead load) present on the cells)
● Installed load cells are evenly loaded
Procedure
1. During the first commissioning, reset using the electronic weighing system with the
command "Load factory settings (11)" or "Load standard parameter (12)".
2. Select the "Service mode ON (1)" command.
3. Read DR10.
4. Specify the load cell parameters in DR10 (Page 78).
5. Write DR10.
6. Select the "Service mode OFF (2)" command.
7. Start the "Automatic calibration (82)" command.
Result
The characteristic curve of the scale is calculated using the specified load cell parameters from
DR10 and the currently applied dead load. The characteristic curve is active immediately.
The characteristic data from DR03 is overwritten with the command "Automatic calibration
(82)".
