S10.6.5 - CLEANING SENSORS, PHOTOCELLS AND REFLECTORS

REQUIRED MATERIAL: cloth, water
PROCEDURE:
With a soft cloth, clean the surface of all the photocells and sensors presents on the machine
from dust residue and deposits.
With a soft cloth, clean the surface of all the reflectors of the photocells.
S10.6.6 - CLEANING PNEUMATIC SYSTEM PIPES
MACHINE STATUS: machine in stop
FREQUENCY: monthly
Make sure (if there is pneumatic supply) the air remains clean and there is no condensation
inside the system.
Make sure the pneumatic parts work properly. (pipe leakage etc.)
