PROBLEM CAUSE CONSECUENCES SOLUTION
RELAY SWITCH
PROBLEM
The contact on the
12.KM.1 - 12.KM.2
safety relay switch has
not closed.
If the error appears as
soon as the machine is
switched on, this means
that the relay switch
remains closed.
If it appears when the
Power key is pressed,
this means that the relay
switch does not close.
Check the electrical operation of
relay switch 12.KM.1 - 12.KM.2,
and change the relay switch of
necessary.
NO PRESSURE
There is either no air in
the system or the air
flow is insufficient.
The pneumatically
powered systems are not
working due to a lack of
air in the system.
Make sure the installation
provides the required air
supply and that there are no
breaks.
Make sure pressure switch is
working properly.
PRODUCT FLOW END
The photocell placed on
the line upstream of the
machine has not
detected the presence
of any packs.
When new products
arrive, the machine will
restart automatically.
Check for any products.
Make sure optional photocell is
working correctly.
UNDER/CURR MOTOR
Problems with absorbed
current levels: the
inverter module is
damaged or the motor is
disconnected.
During operation in
Automatic mode, the
motor stops, generating
an error.
For indications on the inverter
module in error, access the
“DATA DISPLAY” (>INVERTER
MODULES) menu from the
operator panel and consult the
specific DM200125 manual
supplied on electronic module
errors.
INV.1 - unwinder
INV.2 - infeed belt + center
sealing
INV.3 - sealing bar
INV.4 - outfeed belt
INV.5 - belt approach set-up
INV.6 - film dragging
Check the electrical wiring of
the motor connected to the
inverter with the error.
Check the power supply to the
inverter.
Change the inverter.
ENCODER ERROR
It’s occurring a
malfunction in reading
of an encoder: the
encoder detects a
quantity of pulses lower
or greater than the
standard of functioning.
The machine does not
work.
- Check the encoder cable.
- check the fixing of the
encoder to the motor.
- check the functioning of the
INVERTER module.
