PROBLEM CAUSE CONSECUENCES SOLUTION
INVERTER ERROR
A error has been
detected on an inverter.
The inverter module is
not working due to
internal problems.
For indications on the inverter
module in error, access the
“DATA DISPLAY” (>INVERTER
MODULES) menu from the
operator panel and consult the
specific DM200125 manual
supplied on electronic module
errors.
INV.1 - unwinder
INV.2 - infeed belt + center
sealing
INV.3 - sealing bar
INV.4 - outfeed belt
INV.5 - belt approach set-up
INV.6 - film dragging
Check the inverter's power
supply and wiring.
Change the inverter.
PRESS POWER
The power has been
deactivated.
The emergency button
has been pressed or a
previously fixed error cut
off the power.
Press the Power key to turn on
the power.
SSM The next system is off.
If the next system is off,
a signal is sent to stop
the machine.
The machine will start
back up again
automatically when the
ssm signal is back on.
This signal is enabled in
the “system
parameters” menu by
setting the parameter to
a value of ≠0.
If the error continues, check the
electrical connection.
BUS 0 IN ERROR
Communication on bus
0 (or on bus 1) has failed
due to an error.
Communication between
the modules is down,
triggering the error
signal.
To find the cause of the error
access the “data display”
(>LOCAL BUSES → BUS
ERROR) menu from the
operator panel and consult the
specific DM200125 manual
supplied on electronic module
errors.
Turn the machine off and then
on again.
Check the wiring near the bus
module.
