PROBLEM CAUSE CONSECUENCES SOLUTION
ERROR I/O BUS 0
There is a module in
error on bus 0.
Communication between
the modules is down,
triggering the error
signal.
To find the cause of the error
access the “data display”
(>LOCAL BUSES →
MODULES IN ERROR) menu
from the operator panel and
consult the specific DM200125
manual supplied on electronic
module errors.
Make sure the module is
operating on the 24v power
supply.
Contact the assistance centre if
the problem continues.
ERROR I/O BUS 1
There is a module in
error on bus 1.
INV. DATA SEND ERROR
[INVERTER DATA SEND
ERROR]
Internal error.
It is not possible to
transmit the parameter
data to the inverters.
Make sure that the inverters are
connected correctly.
Turn the machine off and then
on again; contact the assistance
centre if the problem continues.
INV. ENABLING ERROR
An inverter is in error
and it is impossible to
enable it.
An inverter module is not
working, hindering
correct machine
operation.
Turn the electronic board off
and back on again.
Contact the assistance centre if
the problem continues.
PARMAN QUEUE
ERROR
Software error,
parameter manager line
up.
A software error is
stopping the machine
from working correctly.
Turn the electronic board off
and back on again.
Contact the assistance centre if
the problem continues.
WRONG MODULE
NUMBER
Error in machine
configuration:
- number of modules
with errors.
- one or more
modules missing.
The machine is not
working due to an
incorrect connection of
the modules or due to an
incorrect setting of the
adl selector.
To find the cause of the error
access the “data display” menu
from the operator panel and
consult the specific DM200125
Manual supplied on electronic
module errors.
Turn the electronic board off
and back on again.
Make sure that any modules
that have been changed are
connected correctly.
Make sure that the adl selector
on the electronic modules of the
inverters and on the FLXMOD
DIO, FLXMOD CUS modules
have been calibrated correctly
as shown in figure 11.1.1
Contact the assistance centre if
the problem continues.
WRONG MODULE TYPE
Machine configuration
error: a module has
been detected which is
not coherent with the
machine model.
The machine does not

detected between two
or more modules.
