9 System Checks
9.3.2 Checklist
Parts Check Items
Casters
No cracks on the casters.
Foot brakes work well.
Casters are connected well without deviations, and fixing
screws are firm without any visible damages.
Casters and fixing screws should be fastened by using a hex
key wrench.
Handle
No cracks on the front and back handles.
Shake front and back handles with hands to ensure they are
firm.
Control Panel Support Part Shake the whole support part with hands to ensure it is firm.
Keyboard Sliding Structure
No visible deformation or cracks on the guide rail of the
keyboard.
The keyboard can be pushed in or pulled out.
The keyboard is embedded in the guide rail firmly by shaking
the keyboard with hands.
Inspect connection cables by pulling out the keyboard, and
ensure they are connected well and complete.
Monitor Fixing and Titling
Structure
The monitor is connected well without deviations.
The monitor can be tilted forward or backward, and also can
be swiveled to left or right. No noises are produced during the
adjustment.
The monitor is connected well by swiveling it left or right.
Peripheral Devices
Shake peripheral devices with hands to ensure they are connected
firmly.
Cables
No cracks or damages on the cables inside or outside the sys-
tem.
Drag the cables to ensure they are connected well.
Probe No cracks, deformations or damages on the probe.
Other Parts No cracks or exposed conductive parts.
