Configuring a Master Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500/Spectralink Virtual IP-DECT
Server One
The master Spectralink IP-DECT/Virtual IP-DECT Server must be configured as a normal single
server solution with base stations, media resources and users as “normal” and it must be verified that
the desired functionality is working before enabling the redundancy feature, and the backup Spec-
tralink IP-DECT/Virtual IP-DECT Server is added.
1. Ensure that the Redundancy License is installed, and that the master server is configured cor-
rectly.
License installation requires reboot of system.
2. Click Configuration, and then click Redundancy.
