Nitrate
Place the cell into the
cell compartment. Align
the mark on the cell with
that on the photometer.
Pipette 1.0 ml of the
sample into a reaction
cell, do not mix.
Add 1.0 ml of NO
3
-1K
with pipette, close the
cell with the screw cap,
and mix.
Caution, cell
becomes hot!
