PHASE ROTATION
Phase Rotation (PHr)
This parameter can be used to reverse the direction of rotation of the motor without
reversing the wiring.
[ABC] [ACB]
Asynchronous motor parameters:
RATED FREQUENCY
Rated motor frequency given on the nameplate. (FrS)
[10..1600] Hz
Synchronous motor parameters:
MOTOR TORQUE
Rated motor torque given on the nameplate. (tqS)
[1..65535] Nm
POLES PAIRS
Number of pairs of poles on the synchronous motor. (PPns)
[1 .. 50]
2.12.3 Auto-tuning optimisation.
ASYNCHRONOUS MOTORS
- For asynchronous motors the auto-tune should always be run in open loop. Only switch to closed loop once
this is finished.
- For old asynchronous motors with a high slip:
1) Configure the speed to 1380rpm instead of 1500rpm displayed on the motor
2) Calculate the power and enter it into the auto-tune.
P = mot. voltage X nom. motor intensity X 3 X cosφ
1CV = 736 W
SYNCHRONOUS MOTORS
- Formula for calculating the number of motor pole pairs:
Pole pairs = Motor Frequency (Hz) X 60
Motor Speed (rpm)
- Formula for calculating the motor couple:
Motor couple (Nm) = Motor power (Kw) X 9549
Max. pulley rotation (rpm)
