2.12.4 Encoder characteristics
CONFIGURATION FREQ. INVERTER ► ENCODER DATAS
ENCODER TYPE
Type of encoder used. (UECP)
[UNDEFINED] [ENDATSINCOS] [SSI] [SINCOS] [HIPERFACE] [ENDAT 2.1]
(by default ENDATSINCOS for synchronous machines)
SUPPLY VOLTAGE
Rated voltage of encoder used. (UECU)
[UNDEFINED] [5 V] [8 V] [12 V] (by default 5V for ASYNC)
RESOLUTION
Number of lines (UELC) or number of pulses per encoder revolution. (PGI)
[1..10000] (par défaut : 2048 en SYNC et 1024 en ASYNC)
FILTER
Activation of encoder feedback filter (FFA)
[NO] [YES]*
FILTER VALUE
Encoder filter value (FFr)
Encoder feedback filter time constant in milliseconds.
[0..50] ms (par défaut : 10 ms en SYNC et 20 ms en ASYNC)
REVERSE ROTATION
Activates reverse of encoder rotation. (EnrI)
In some assemblies, the encoder positive direction of rotation is reversed in relation
to the motor direction. When this is the case, this parameter needs to be activated in
order for the motor and the encoder both to have a positive direction of rotation.
[NO] * [YES]
