The auto-tuning sequence hasn’t be done.
- Launch the autotuning from the CONFIGURATION ► FREQ. INVERTER ► MOTOR DATAS menu
and check inverter/motor connections
Communication on CANopen bus with the inverter is interrupted.
- Check the CANopen BUS cable and connections.
The current parameters of the inverter are not valid.
Shortcircuit on the output of the inverter.
- Check the connections from inverter to the motor, and the electric insulation of the motor.
Power component breakdown
The motor encoder is not detected .
- Check the connections from inverter to encoder.
- Check encoder cable.
- Separate the encoder cable from the power cables.
- Check the encoder’s data in the corresponding menu
MOTOR SHORTCIRC
or
IMPED SHORTCIRC
Short-circuit or grounding at the drive output
Significant earth leakage current at the drive output .
- Check the cables connecting the drive to the motor, and the motor insulation.
The encoder speed feedback does not match the reference
- Check the order of motor and encoder phases (synchronous motor)
- Reverse the encoder rotation (asynchronous motor).
- Check the motor, gain and stability parameters
A modification has changed the phase-shift angle between the motor
and the encoder.
The procedure for measuring the phase-shift angle between the motor
and the encoder has failed or has not been performed.
- Repeat the procedure for measuring the phase-shift angle between the motor and the encoder.
- Check the speed loop parameters.
