2.13 Brake control
SETUP BRAKE
A3 CONTROL
Brake control in conformance with chap.5.6.7.3 of EN81-20
This control is only possible with a synchronous motor and a ATV LIFT inverter driven
with CANbus.
If this parameter is activated :
The brake control use automatically the 2 brakes inputs
The ATV LIFT inverter controls the brake position in same time as the
lift controller.
Control of the brake “1” on the input CN13-I CFR1 / 220SP
Control of the brake “2” on the input CN13-I CFR2 / 220SP
To change the type of dry contact :
CONFIGURATION BOARDS I/O 216SP BOARD ► 220SP ► {NC /NO}
[NO] [YES]
BRAKE BOOST
Current brake BOOST during the starting phase
The option sends more current to the brake coil on starting to help release the motor
(Also usable for gear brakes).
Use the output CN6I-BOOST / 220SP
[NO] [YES]
BRAKE BOOST TIME
Duration of the brake « boost »
(see timing chart VF control page 18)
[0,5..5] seconds
BRAKE POSITION
Control of the brake position
Detection of the brake position on the 220SP board
If the brake isn’t released, la door isn’t opened and the lift is out of order
Control of the brake “1” on the input CN13-I CFR1 / 220SP
Control of the brake “2” on the input CN13-I CFR2 / 220SP
To change the type of dry contact :
