Copy and paste those two folders to a new location outside of the StarCraft CREATE folder.
Delete all files in those two folders that are still in the StarCraft CREATE folder.
Verify that you can now open CREATE successfully. If not, start a support ticket. Otherwise, you can
now begin copying/pasting back the older files based on their Modified Date since it’s most likely a
newer file in one of those two folders that caused the issue.

I inadvertently dragged part of the Library to extend what I can see and now parts of it are missing!
• Close CREATE and reopen. The Library’s window should return to normal.

I dragged the Library off the screen and now I can’t get it back.
• Go to Window>Workspace and select either Basic or Advanced.

My shapes are not filling with color and I have Color selected on the Fill & Stroke Panel.
• On the Document Panel, make sure the Workspace Alpha setting is at 100.
• On the Document Panel, make sure the Show outlines only option is NOT enabled.
• On the Fill & Stroke Panel, with a shape selected, make sure the Opacity is set to 100%.

I imported an SVG file and it’s the wrong size.
• Refer to SVG DPI in Common Preferences in Section 4.02.

I’ve set up a Print+Cut project and enabled Show Registration Marks on the Document Panel, but the marks
extend outside the boundaries of the Page.
• Do a Ctrl+A to see what is being selected. There could be a stray shape (possibly in the upper left
corner of the Page which is forcing the reg marks outward. You can also look on the Layers Panel to
see if there are any layers you do not recognize.
• You might need to select the layers you need for your project and copy/paste onto another page.

I’ve exported an SVG file but it is empty. What happened to the shapes?
• When you export an SVG file from CREATE only enable the Selection only option if you have pre-
selected certain shapes to be in the SVG file versus everything on the page.
