6. Remove the valve cap of the wheel,
and connect the valve fitting to the valve.
CAUTION
The sealant may leak if the fitting is
not tight enough.
7. Secure the bottle and compressor with
Velcro to keep the bottle upright.
8. Insert the power cord of the compres-
sor into the accessory power outlet.
9. Apply the parking brake and turn the
ignition switch to the “ACC” position.
WARNING
Running the engine in a non-venti-
lated or poorly ventilated area (e.g.,
inside a building) may cause as-
phyxiation. Do not start the engine.
10. Turn the power switch on and inject
the sealant and air.
CAUTION
. Before turning the power switch
on, check the sidewall of the tire
prior to inflation. If there are any
cracks, bumps or similar da-
mage, do not attempt to inflate
the tire. Contact your SUBARU
dealer or a road service.
