REAR WHEEL HUB •
• Apply small
amount of SUZUKI SU PER GREASE "A" to t he
wheel hub 's spline .
.0t 99000-25030: SUZUKt SUPER GREASE " A" (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKt SUPER GREASE "A"
(Others)
• Install the rear wheel hub CD , washer and nut .
• Tighten the rear whee l hub nut to the sp ecifie d t orque .
~ Rear wheel hub nut : 100 N·m (10.0 kgl-m , 72 .5 Ib-It)
• Install the cotter pin into the rea r axle .
•
InstaH the rear wheel. (c::7below)
Replace the removed cotter pin with 8 new one.
FRONT WHEEL
• Inslallthe hub plate (j).
•
Install the front wheel.
• Tighte n the wheel set nu ts to t he speci f ie d torque .
~ Wheel set nut: 50 N-m (5.0 kgl-m , 36_0 tb-It)
NOTE:
When instalfing the front wheel , make sure that the B"OW ® on
the tire points in the direction of rotation.
REAR WHEEL
• Install the rear wheel.
• Tighten the wheel set n uts to the spec i fied tor qu e.
~ Wheel set nut : 50 N·m (5_0 kgl -m, 36.0 Ib-It)
NOTE:
When installing the rear wheel, make sure that the instruction
"SIDE FACING OUTWARDS" @o ntherear t ire faces outwards.
