• Connect the tachometer onto the spark

cord.
• Remove the main oil ga

ery plug

• Install the oil pressure gauge and adaptor into the main oil
gallery.
•
Wann up the engine as follows:
Summer: 10 minutes al 2 000 rlmin
Winter:
20 minutes at 2
000
r/min
• After warming up the engine, increase the engine speed to
3
000 r/
min
(observe the tachometer), and read the oil pres-
sure gauge.
