REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble
the
rear axle shaft
and
rear axle
housing
in
the
reverse order
of
removal
and
disassembly. Pay attention
to
the
following
points
:
REAR SPROKET
•
Install
the
rear sprocket
CD
to
the
sprocket flange
(2).
• Apply THREAD LOCK
SU
P
ER
"1303" or "1322"

the
sprocket
mounting
bolts
.
• 99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" (USA)

99000-3211 0: THREAD
LOCK
SUPER "1322" (Others)
• T
ighten
the
sprocket
mounting
bolts
to
the
specified
torque.

Sprocket mounting bolt: 54 N·m (5.4 kgf-m. 39.0 Ib-ft)
NOTE:
• The concave side of washer @ must face
to
the sprocket.
• The stamped mark @ must face
to
left
of
the vehicle.
