MAINTENANCE
CLEANING AND LUBRICATING
Clean the drive chain with kerosine. If the drive chain tends to
rust quickly, the intervals must be sho
rt
ened.

CAUTION
I

not use
trichloroethylene
,
gasoline
or
any
similar
solvent. These fluids have too great a
dissolving
power
for
this
chain
and
they
can
damage
the
O-rings
.
Use
only
kerosine
to
clean the
dr
ive chain.
After washing and drying the chai
n,
oil
it
with a heavyweight
motor oil.
I CAUTION I
Do not use any all sold
commercially
as
"
drive
chain
oil".
Such
all
can
damage
the
O-rings
.
The standard
drive
chain Is a AK 520KZO SUZUKI
recommends
to
use
this
standard
drive
chain as a
replacement.
SUSPENSIONS
I
Inspect
every 6
months.
Support the vehicle with a jack or wooden blocks.
Remove the front and
fea
r wheels.

Inspect
the suspension a
rm
, bearing and bushing for
scratches, wear, or damage.
If any damages are found,
replace

e suspension arm, bearing or bushing with a new
one.

Inspect the swinging arm, rear axle and bearing for scratches,
