BRAKE DISC REMOVAL AND
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the front wheel.

• Remove the front wheel hub.

Inspect the brake disc for cracks or damage and measure the
thickness using the micrometer. If any damages are found
or
if
the thickness is less than the service limit, replace the brake disc
with
a
new
one
.

Measure the runout using the dial gauge. If the runout exceeds
the service

BRAKE DISC REASSEMBLY AND
REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the brake disc
in
the reverse order
of
removal and disassembl
y.
Pay attention to the following point
s:
• Install the disc to the wheel hub with the punch mark ® on the
disc showed up.
NOTE:
Make sure that the disc is clean and free
of
any
greasy matter.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360· to the brake disc bolts
and tighten them
to
the specified torque .
