stall the handle switch box with the lug © on the switch harf
inserted
into
the
hole

on
the
handlebars.
NOTE:
When installing the handlebars, make sure that the cable, wiring
harness and brake hose routing
are
proper. (

• Install the clutch lever assembly
to
the handlebars with the
mating surface of clutch lever holder aligned with punch mark

on the handlebars.
• Connect the clutch cable. rear brake cable and clutch switch.
• Adjust each cable play. (

• Install the throttle case to the handlebars with the mating

of
throttle case aligned wi
th
the punch mark

• Tighten the throttle case bolts to the specified torque,

Throttle case bolt: 5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 Ib-It)
• Install the brake master cylinder. (c::7'S-27)
