• I nstall the sprocket fl ange CZI to the axle shaft.
o Apply SUZUKI BONO "12078" or "1215" 10 the axle shaft.

o Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" or "1322" to the thread
portion of the rear axle shaft.
_ 99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER " 1303" (USA)
.99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER " 1322" (Others)

In stall the concave washers @ and tighten the inner axle sha ft
nul inner @ to the specified torque with the special tool.
C!l Axle shalt nut (inner): 180 N·m (18.0 kgf -m, 130.0 II>-It)

NOTE:
When tigh tening the axle nut with the special tool, the reading
t orque on the torque wrench is smaller than act ual torque that is
applied to the axle nut. Therefore convert the tightening torque.

portion of the rear axle shatto

Tighten the rear axle Quter nut @ to the specified torque with
special tool.
C!l Axle shalt nut (outer): 180 N·m (18.0 kgf-m, 130.0 Ib-It)

NOTE:
When tightening the axle nut with the spectaf tool, the reading
torque
on the torque wrench is smaller than actual torque that is
applied to the axle nut. Therefore convert the tightening torque.
