REMOVAL
FRONT AND REAR WHEELS
• Place the vehicle on level ground.
• Support the vehicle with a jack or wooden block.
• Remove the wheel.
• Remove the front hub plate

FRONT WHEEL HUB
• Remove the front wheel. (!See above)
• Remove the cotter pin, then loosen the wheel hub nut.
• Remove the wheel hub nut and washer.
• Remove the front brake caliper. (!6-19)
• Remove the front wheel hub

• Remove the disc. (!6-24)
• Remove the spacers

Do not operate the brake lever while removing the cal-
iper.
