Check if the reverse shaft is wear or damage.
Check if the final shaft and gear are burn, wear or
damage.
Check bearings on the left and right crankcase.
Rotate each bearing’s inner ring by fingers.
Check if the bearings can be rotated smoothly and
silently and also check if the bearing outer ring is
mounted on gear tightly.
If the bearing rotation is uneven, noising, or loose
bearing mounted, then replace it.
Check oil seal for wear or damage, and replace it
if necessary.
Caution
The bearings should be replaced with new
one after they are removed from the
crankcase by the bearing puller.
