Perfonnance Tests
The Video Triggering Checks procedures check those characteristics that
relate to the video trigger system and that are listed under Warranted Char-
acteristics in Section 1: Specifications. You should set up the test equip-
ment as shown at the start of the procedure list. Changes to the test set-up
will be indicated in the procedures, if necessary.
Equipment Required (See Table 4-1):
Video Generator (Item 6)
50 Q BNC Coaxial Cable (Item 7)
50 Q BNC Termination (Item 11)
Parameters used in this section are based on NTSC and PAL systems, being
the worlds most widely used systems.
Notation used: 525 (NTSC) I 625 (PAL).
Option 5 however will work on a variety of standard and non-standard
video systems.
