This subsection contains a collection of procedures for adjusting the 2212
Analog & Digital Storage Oscilloscope to meet the Performance Requirements.
Adjustments described are:
Power supply and
CRT
Adjustments
Vertical Adjustments
Horizontal Adjustments
Trigger Adjustments
Cursors Adjustments
Adjustments contained
in
this section should only be performed after checks
from Section 4 (Performance Check Procedure ) have indicated a need for
readjustment, or after instrument repair.
Once an adjustment has been made, use the Performance Check Procedure to
check the performance of the instrument.

Procedure
Stepl. Plug the female connector of the power cord
in
the power cord recep-
tacle of the 2212
and
the male connector to the
AC
power source.
Step
2.
Use the test equipment, as indicated
in
the Equipment Required list,
to
the
2212 oscilloscope.
Step

Press the
POWER
button to
on.
Step
3.
Set the front-panel controls as indicated
in
the Initial Control Settings
list.
