10kVA/20kVA UPS
Fan controller
NVR
Vertiv™ Liebert® RDU501 Intelligent Monitoring Unit
POE switch
RDU-THD sensor
Air conditioning
Air conditioning door status
Water leak detection sensor

For additional information about the communication cables, refer to the Vertiv™ SmartRow™ 2 Submittal Addendum located
on www.Vertiv.com.
Note the following information before connecting communication cables:
Use a cable that meets the same local codes as the power cable for the cabinet system.
The delivery accessory contains only the internal connection cable of the system. The connection cable between
the system and the external is not included in the shipment. It must be prepared from outside.
If the top cable trough is selected, the strong power should be routed at the bottom of the trough and the weak
current should be routed in the upper layer of the trough.
Before connecting the cable, remove the rear plate of the PMU cabinet, as shown in Communication Cable
Connections above , and place the back plate and mounting screws on one side. After the wiring is completed,
install the plate back into the cabinet.
After installation, please pay attention to tying along the line.
NOTE: The external wiring of the cabinet can be used to manage the cables between the cabinets through the dual-
channel cable trunking (optional).
NOTE: If the cable tray is self-configured by the user, please be careful to separate the strong and weak cables to
avoid signal interference.
NOTE: A network cable is required when connecting adjacent sensors in series. It is recommended to use a black
network cable and check whether the cable sequence is correct with the network cable tester.
The port configurations for the Vertiv™ Liebert® RDU501 Intelligent Monitoring Unit and POE switch are described below.
