5.4 Machine travel
Travel position
Position the machine as shown.
Position the boom at the center and raise it about 20 – 30 mm (8 – 12
in) off the ground.
Information
When traveling, raise the stabilizer blade sufficiently high off the ground.
Start and stop machine travel
Start machine travel
After starting the engine:
Indicator lights 28 (charge indicator light) and 29 (engine oil pressure)
go out.
Slowly actuate the travel lever.
Machine starts traveling.
Information
The machine will not start machine travel unless the control lever base is
folded down.

Operating temperature range
The following operating conditions must be fulfilled in order to ensure
optimal output and a long service life of the machine.
Do not operate the machine at ambient temperatures above +45 °C (+104
°F) or below 15 °C (5 °F).
The engine can overheat at ambient temperatures over +45 °C (+104 °F)
and cause the oil to age prematurely.
Rubber elements such as seals can become brittle at ambient
temperatures below 15 °C (5 °F) and cause premature wear or damage
to the machine.

if the machine is operated outside the specified temperature range.
