2. The following parameters Configure the Remote Interlock:
• Remote Interlock Name: Choose one of the following:
o Flow
o Damper
o Louver
o Other
• Remote Intlk Use: Specifies what will shut down if the selected interlock switch is
open, either the individual boiler or the full system. Choose Sys Shutdown or Boiler
Shutdown.
3. The following parameters configure the Delayed Interlock. This interlock includes an
adjustable delay timer, which delays the ignition sequence, allowing sufficient time for a
proving switch to be made to prevent a fault.
• Delayed Interlock Name: Choose one of the following:
o Valve 1
o Louver
o Valve 2
o Louver 2
• Auxiliary Delay: Select the interlock delay. If the unit has a Sequencing Isolation
Valve, this must be set to 120 seconds (see Benchmark PLATINUM-Edge:
Installation Manual (OMM-0136, GF-210) Section 2.14: BST Sequencing Isolation
Valve). (Range: 0 to 240 sec.)
6.5.2 Relays
The Relays screen gives you the ability to configure up to two auxiliary relays: ‘AUX 2’ Relay
and ‘PUMP 2’ Relay.
1. Go to: Main Menu → Advanced Setup → Ancillary Device → Relays.
SELECT RELAY = V2/Spare 1 Relay SELECT RELAY = Spare 2 Relay

2. Press Select Relay and choose either V2/Spare 1 Relay or Spare 2 Relay.
3. In the Relay Name parameter, choose the name for the relay selected above:
