The SmartPlate Status screen displays:
• DHW Out: The SmartPlate’s domestic hot water outlet temperature.
• Valve Position: Boiler’s valve position, percentage, setpoint and communication
address.
• Status or error messages, shown below the screen title.
7.7 Runtime Statistics
The Runtime Statistics screen displays the unit’s total run hours, total cycle count and a color-
coded honeycomb signifying the Average Cycles Per Hour.
STATUS = GREEN STATUS = RED

The following notes apply to this screen:
• The average cycles per run hour is calculated based on cycle count during rolling 1-
enabled-hour.
• The Average Cycles Per Hour honeycomb is color coded are follows:
o Green = Less than 3 cycles per hour
o Yellow = Between 3 and 5 cycles per hour
o Red = More than 5 cycles per hour
• If the cycle count exceeds 5 cycles per hour, an event is logged for a given unit (a high
cycle count does not lock out a unit).
