Fault
A Printhead NVRAM error has occurred. The following troubleshooting procedure applies to
this error.
Initial Actions
• Reboot the printer and verify the error persists.
• Check the Printhead wiring harness connectors.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure.

Procedure
Check the Printhead wiring harness connectors P/J180, P/J201, and P/J240. Are the con-
nections secure and undamaged?

Reseat and/or replace the wiring harness. Does the error persist?
