FRU Disassembly 8-25
1. Remove the 150-Sheet Feeder Assembly (page 8-18).
2. Press down the boss of the Left Holder at the back of the 150-Sheet Feeder
Assembly, then shift the Left Holder in the direction of the arrow to release the
three hooks.
3. Remove the Left Holder and No Paper Actuator from the Nudger Support.
4. Release the hook of the Nudger Roller, and pull the Nudger Roller out from the
Nudger Shaft.
5. Release the hook of the Nudger Gear, and pull the Nudger Gear out from the
Nudger Shaft.
Replacement Note:
■ After the No Paper Actuator is replaced, manually operate it to verify that it
moves smoothly.
