8-82 Phaser 4500 Service Manual
1. Remove the Front Cover (page 8-12).
2. Remove the LVPS Shield Plate (page 8-75).
3. Release the clamp of the AC Power Harness Assembly from the clamps on the
Gear Assembly Housing.
4. Disconnect the connector (P/J480) of the AC Power Harness Assembly from the
Power Switch.
5. Disconnect the connector (P/J48) of the AC Power Harness Assembly from the
LVPS.
6. Release the cable tie clamp of the AC Power Harness Assembly,
7. Remove the screw (silver with toothed washer, 6 mm) that attaches the ground
terminal of the AC Power Harness Assembly to the frame.
8. Pull out the AC Power Harness Assembly from the hole at the rear of the frame.
9. Remove the Power Switch from the frame.
