8-122 Phaser 4500 Service Manual
1. Remove the Left Cover (page 8-117).
2. Remove the Right Cover (page 8-118).
3. Unplug J50, the Duplex Unit Harness, from P50 on the Duplex Unit PWBA.
4. Remove the screw (silver machine, 6 mm) to disconnect the Duplex Unit Ground
Wire.
5. Release the Duplex Unit Harness from the harness clamp.
6. Remove the Shoulder Screw that attaches the Damper Spring.
7. Remove the two Hinge Screws that secure the Duplex Unit Lower Housing, and
remove the Duplex Unit Lower Housing from the Duplex Unit Housing Cover.
