Before tightening the wheel axle, push down
hard on
the handlebar several times and
check if the front fork rebounds smoothly.

Check that wheel ax le end "a" is flush wi th front
fo lk surface "b" and then tighten the wh ee l ax le

in ch bolt. If end "a" is not flush wi th surface "b",
align the en ds manually or wi th a plastic ham-
mer.
