18.8 The Import CA Screen
The EMG2306-R10A can use certificates (also called digital IDs) to authenticate users. Certificates
are based on public-private key pairs. A certificate contains the certificate owner’s identity and
public key. Certificates provide a way to exchange public keys for use in authentication.
Click Configuration > Management > Remote MGMT > Import CA to open the following. You
can view or import a certificate in this screen.

ACS Password Enter the TR-069 password for authentication with the auto-configuration server.
Connection Request
Username
Enter the connection request user name.
When the ACS makes a connection request to the EMG2306-R10A, this user name is
used to authenticate the ACS.
Connection Request
Password
Enter the connection request password.
When the ACS makes a connection request to the EMG2306-R10A, this password is
used to authenticate the ACS.
Interface Select the network interface.
Apply Click Apply to save your customized settings and exit this screen.
Cancel Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
