Removal, spherical roller bearing
Use this procedure to remove the spherical roller bearing from the balancing device
front ear.
NoteAction
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply to the robot
hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

CAUTION
Always cut the paint with a knife and grind
the paint edge when disassembling parts.
See Cut the paint or surface on the robot
before replacing parts on page 219.

Remove the balancing device from the ro-
bot.

Remove the both sealing spacers with a
screwdriver or any equal tool.

Remove the sperical roller bearing, using
the dismounting and mounting tool

Refitting, spherical roller bearing
Use this procedure to refit the spherical roller bearing to the balancing device front
ear.
