Removal, spherical roller bearing
Use this procedure to remove the spherical roller bearing from the balancing device
front ear.

Turn off all:
• electric power supply to the robot
• hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

CAUTION
Always cut the paint with a knife and grind
the paint edge when disassembling parts.

Remove the balancing device from the ro-
bot.

Remove the both sealing spacers with a
screwdriver or any equal tool.

Use this procedure to refit the spherical roller bearing to the balancing device front
