Keep the old cover, with the air nipple fitted.

Remove the cable gland cover at the cable
exit on the motor.

Disconnect all connectors in motor axis 1.7

Apply the lifting tool, motor axes 1, 4, 5 to
the motor.

power supply.
Connect to connector R2.MP1:
+ = pin 2
- = pin 5

CAUTION
The motor weighs 25 kg! All lifting equip-
ment used must be sized accordingly!

Unscrew the attachment screws and wash-
ers of the motor and lift it in order to get the
pinion away from the gear.

Disconnect the 24 VDC power supply.12
Remove the motor by carefully lifting it
straight up.

Use this procedure for the preparation of the frame before refitting motor axis 1.

Grind the paint on the surface carefully to
get a smoth surface.
