After fitting motor axis 1 on the robot, the
surface between motor and base must be
protected with rust preventive (Mercasol).

Clean and paint the joints that have been
opened. See Cut the paint or surface on the
robot before replacing parts on page 219

Perform an air leak test.3

tion tools.
Recalibrate the robot.4
