Mount the Timing Screw Sensor to the Conveyor upstream from the Timing Screw
Assembly, and pointing across the Conveyor at a slight angle downstream.
Mount the Reflector on the opposite side of the Conveyor from the Timing Screw
Sensor, positioned in such a way to be hit by the beam of the Timing Screw Sensor.
Fine Tune the Position of the Timing Screw.
a. With the Laser Level in the center of the Conveyor, turn the Laser Level on.
b. Place a sample bottle in one of the pockets of the Screw.
