4 Exchange the sample loop. a Slide the loop off the mandrel.
b Slide the new sample loop onto the
mandrel.
• When installing a deactivated
sample loop, take care not to bend
the loop when installing it or you
will break the coating and
compromise inertness.
5 Reverse the steps given above to
reassemble the Headspace
Sampler.
• Perform a leak test on fittings
before replacing the insulation and
manifold cover.
