Troubleshooting and Error Messages
Vial not found in oven
This error appears when the sampler tries to recover vials after
a vial handling error or after pressing the stop button. The
message indicates the sampler did not find a vial in the carousel
where it expected to find the vial. See Recovering from a vial
delivery error on page 177.
Tray full!
This error appears when the sampler tries to recover vials after
a vial handling error or after pressing the stop button. The
message indicates that the tray is full and it cannot check for
vials in the carousel. Carefully remove one vial from the tray
and reset the Headspace Sampler with Advanced Function 10
(see page 78) or power cycle the instrument. See Recovering
from a vial delivery error on page 177.
